Your technical drawing
To quote and manufacture your custom product accurately, your drawing must clearly show the profile shape with all measurements. Hand-drawn sketches are welcome, as long as every dimension is legible.
Side lengths
Show the length of each side in millimetres (mm).
Colour
Show the colour with an arrow. Refer to the BGS colour chart.
Angles
Show each angle in degrees. Mark the angles that must be exact. If you do not mark an angle, we make the bend as shown.
Joiners and endcaps
Write the number of joiners and the number of endcaps.
Pieces
Write the number of pieces and the length of each piece. Maximum length: 6.2 m.
Order reference
Write your order number or reference.
Good drawing
Every side in mm, angles in degrees, colour marked with an arrow, joiners and endcaps counted.
Bad drawing
No dimensions, unclear angles, no material or colour specified. We cannot quote from this.
